The blog criticizes broken bones and spines more than impractical clothing. In fact, clothing is only brought up when it's too utterly ridiculous to ignore. (Like the legendary metal cameltoe [link])
In fact, what your character is wearing is only bordering on the "impractical scale". She might be missing pants and maybe a shirt, but she's not wearing either a chainmail thong nor does she have high heels.
