Artist's Comments

I'm having a hard time deciding between the big boots design (better silhouette in my opinion) and the sleek boots design (easier to draw action poses), so I drew this and tried a more blocky style of coloring. You know, to kill two bears with the same rock...

I haven't posted anything for a while, because I tend to never finish what I start :( and I was kidnapped by the Lich King...

I think the big boot design looks better. It just looks like the character is more stable because the feet are bigger. Also, I think it looks better in silhouette as well :)

J'aime mieux les big boots moi.
Ça va avec les gros gants en plus!
C'est tu des petites ailes sur le bas des bottes?

bigboots ftw.

they look sleek and in the other version her feet look tiny and her calves look like he's gonna get some massive rroid rage any second

Nice designs. I'd say the one with the smaller boots is the one because it gives a more interesting shape to the character since there's variation in the volume of the elements
:)

The thin ones bring more definition to her. They make her more feminine too if she were to put on the helmet.

Another vote for the thin legs. I like the juxtaposition going on between them and her thicker forearms. The lighter wieght at the bottom also makes her appear a little more playful as a character.
