Once a soldier in the Empire Scout Corp and now a cartel militia captain on the Island, Dimitri is perhaps the only human ally Marine has. However this quiet man might have a secret agenda... I really had trouble with his design for a long time, he is very important in the story but always was too generic. I think the tired/serious look gives him the little something he lacked before  |
